$0 down options. A no-credit-check lease is available, and applying won't hurt your credit. Fixed payments, and no penalty if you pay it off early. Apply online any time or with us at either location. We'll get your building ordered as soon as you're approved.

Common Questions

Is there a credit check?

No. Rent to own does not require a credit check for wood or metal buildings.

Where is my contract?

Check the email you used when you bought your building. Your contract and the company handling it are listed there. If you can't find it, call us or the rent-to-own company and they'll help you find it.

What if my contract was sold?

Rent-to-own contracts can change hands, a lot like mortgages do. Your paperwork may show one company while another now handles your payments. The current company has everything it needs and will reach out if anything is needed from you.

How do I make payments?

Contact the rent-to-own company on your contract. They give you payment options and answer questions about your agreement.

Can I change my payment terms?

Talk to your rent-to-own company directly. They manage the terms and can explain your options.

What if I have a billing problem?
