24, 36, 48 or 60 months, and 72 months on buildings $9,000 and up. No credit check, no early payoff fees and automatic payments available. Only your first month is due when you sign.
Metal buildings go through RTO National. They offer $0 down options, a no-credit-check lease and no penalty for paying off early. Apply online or with us at either location.
Every wood building we sell is built by Phoenix Buildings.
Phoenix Buildings sheds carry a 5/50 year warranty: 5 years full replacement and labor, plus a 50-year substrate warranty on the LP SmartSide siding. Repo and as-is buildings are sold without a warranty.
LP SmartSide engineered wood siding, treated with SmartGuard to resist termites, rot and weather. You can also choose painted Galvalume metal siding. Roofs are metal.
A pressure-treated floor system on every building. 4x6 treated runners, 2x6 treated joists 16 inches on center (12 inch upgrade available) and 3/4 inch tongue and groove LP ProStruct decking.

No. Sales tax depends on your delivery address. Your salesperson confirms the exact amount before you sign.
Yes, on qualifying purchases. Check the SCATE/GATE box on our contact form or bring your card to the location. SCATE and GATE cards are not accepted on rent to own.
Wood buildings deliver across South Carolina and Georgia. Metal buildings install in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky.
Wood buildings include free delivery and setup within 50 miles of our locations. Farther out, we'll quote the delivery up front. Metal buildings are built on your site by the install crew, and your quote spells out everything included.
Fast. Buy a building off our lot and it's delivered in 2 weeks or less, usually within the first week. Custom builds take 15 to 30 business days, and most are ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Weather permitting.
Most metal carports, garages and wide span buildings are installed 4 to 6 weeks after your site is level and ready. Around the holidays it can run 4 to 8 weeks. Weather permitting.
A fairly level spot is best. Our delivery team levels wood buildings with blocks on most sites. Tell us about any steep slope ahead of time.
Plan for a clear path a few feet wider than the building, with no low branches or wires overhead. Your salesperson will confirm the clearance for your size.
It depends on your county, city or HOA. Check with them before delivery. We're happy to provide building drawings and specs if they ask for them.
No. Metal carports and garages are built on your site by an install crew.
Not always. Carports can be installed on ground, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Enclosed garages are often installed on a slab. We'll go over the right base for your building.
Yes. Certified options rated for wind and snow loads are available. Some counties require them.
